Martin S. LaScola is an Attorney in the Law Office of Davis & LaScola, Ltd.

He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Marquette University and his J.D. from the John Marshall Law School. Mr. LaScola began his career as an Assistant State’s Attorney where he was assigned to the state’s attorney’s criminal appeals division, juvenile justice court and later prosecuted adult misdemeanor and felony offenses, including DUI and other traffic offenses.

With a solid foundation in all aspects of criminal law, Mr. LaScola joined the Law Office of Davis & LaScola, Ltd. in 2004. Mr. LaScola has successfully defended hundreds of clients charged with DUI and various other criminal and traffic matters throughout Illinois.
