Alleged Teen Drunk Driver Crashes into Chicago Police Squad Car

The Davis Law Group, P.C.

Evidenced by recent posts on our blog, stories of Chicago teenagers accused of aggravated DUI have not been an uncommon occurrence over the last week. This most recent case from Saturday involves Rakeem H. Roach, 18, who is charged with one count of aggravated DUI and eight other charges including failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to use headlights, and driving without a license or insurance.

Chicago Police allege that Roach ran a stop sign at a high rate of speed and broadsided a marked squad car, injuring two officers on the South Side. The officers were treated and released and Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn.
