Brandon K. Davis is an attorney at The Davis Law Group, P.C. with offices in Chicago, Northbrook, and Waukegan. His practice focuses on DUI defense, traffic and criminal defense, expungement and driver’s license reinstatement.

Mr. Davis earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, majoring in Political Science with a minor in Business. During his undergraduate studies, he was inducted into both the Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honor Society and the Pi Sigma Theta National Honor Society. He later received his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he served as Chief Executive Officer of the Corporate Law Society. While in law school, he gained practical legal experience as a law clerk in the legal department of a major travel technology company.

After his admission to the Illinois Bar, Mr. Davis joined The Davis Law Group, P.C., where he has built a strong record defending clients charged with DUI, criminal offenses, and serious traffic violations such as aggravated speeding. He has developed a particular concentration in commercial driver’s license (CDL) law, regularly advising professional drivers and transportation companies on protecting their licenses and careers.

Mr. Davis has extensive knowledge of Illinois Secretary of State driver’s license laws, administrative rules, and formal and informal hearing procedures. He routinely represents individuals facing suspension, revocation, or cancellation of their driving privileges and has lectured on driver’s license law for respected organizations including Illinois Legal Aid Online and the Legal Assistance Foundation.

In addition, Mr. Davis assists clients seeking expungement and sealing of criminal records. He has participated in multiple expungement training summits and has helped hundreds of individuals clear misdemeanor and felony offenses from their records, allowing them to move forward with employment, licensing, and professional opportunities.

Mr. Davis is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Wisconsin and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin. He has been selected to the Super Lawyers list for multiple years in recognition of his professional achievements.

Born and raised in the Chicago area, Mr. Davis represents clients throughout Cook County, Lake County, DuPage County, and surrounding jurisdictions.
