Who Prosecutes DUI Cases at the Skokie Courthouse?

With the exception of Northbrook and Niles, DUI charges at Skokie courthouse are prosecuted by the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, which is led by an elected official, the Cook County State’s Attorney.
